Exams ended last thursday!

Friday went to take a walk in town with Marian and Sarah, got yummy Apple Strudel, and sent Sarah off to the airport in the afternoon. Part of me left with her cos she’s always been part of my Perth experience. =(

Woke up for work early in the morning on Saturday morning and the rush to pack my room, send Jade to the airport. Another figure of my Perth experience leaving me… =( and then i drove back and was really tired because of the lack of sleep over the past two weeks.

At a junction, i placed my foot on the brake of the auto car as i stopped for the red light. I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

I saw a flash through my closed eyelids and i opened my eyes in shock. I looked right and saw that the car had inched out past the stop line. I looked around… there were no cars around so i reversed the car back before the stop line. Thank goodness there were no cars coming from my right or my car would have been blocking almost one whole lane.

That was a super super super close call. And I thank whatever that shone the light in my eyes and woke me up. Will never let that happen again. That just freaked me out

Sunday morning we left after lunch to geraldton. Reached in time for dinner =) Yummy yummy home cooked food. Lea’s really good at cooking. I feel comfortable and it’s nice here.

Pretty much slept the morning away on monday, woke up to honey buttered pancakes for breakfast and played tetris through the afternoon. Luke taught me how to SWING THE GOLF CLUB. managed to hit a few balls further than 5m. hahahah

It rained this morning and we just lazed in bed. Got up to yummy toast and crumplets breakfast =)) and then started to do some research on the comp for units next semester.

Will head out tomorrow morning to the town of gerladton. Looking forward to the walk around town, stroll along the river nearby and the transformer movie on thursday. Country Town Soccer game on Saturday, Lunch at really nice place on Sunday with the Smiths. Maybe meet up with the other tommy more people soon.

as for now i’m just R&R… resting and rejuvenating and pampering myself after a crazy study period.
