Analogy – mobile plan
Today I realised that…
My Australian mobile plan has an expiry date to it, June 2010.
I have grown attached to this mobile plan and it has been a good enhancement to my daily life.
It has widen my social circle and increase connectivity and communication.
You all know how dependent I am on my mobile, for it’s morning alarms, it’s messages, it’s fun, games and entertainment…
So far it’s been a very very good and reliable mobile plan, although in the future there may be slight problems with poor reception and all.
Sadly I’ll have to end the mobile plan when I graduate from my degree.
I have to option to renew my contract if I stay on in Perth to work.
The question is, would I want to continue with this mobile plan???

INTERNATIONAL FORMAL DINNER
Just had international formal dinner last friday. It’s to celebrate all nations, get all international students involved and let everyone have a good time.
The theme this year is FRENCH! so we had can can dancers, lady marmalade dance performance, the eiffle tower and french food.

And then, to end the night of celebration of ALL nations, more than 50 people from tommy more college headed out to northbridge to club. Here you can find singaporeans, malaysians, americans, australians, canadians, indians, mauritians, and many more.
We packed the bus and made so much noise till the bus driver stopped the bus and refused to drive on till everyone kept quiet. Lots of drama in the bus too…
Awesome night i say… one of the best formal dinners =)
luke got a hair cut and now he looks like some 12 year old kid going into high school… makes me look so old =(
=)) live for the moment.
but prepare for exams… =(
im so glad my two projects due tomorrow are almost finally OVER. exams + library corner, here i come!!!

Then we had wilson’s house warming party on friday. and i made YAO MEI FAN again (claypot rice)

Just got back from Hog’s Breath Cafe… super super full.

quick final update
since the easter break, it’s pretty much been studying, doing reports, 3000 word essay, work at kumon, watch boys play soccer.
So Saturday was claypot rice day, and Sunday was yummy fried rice from college dinning hall.
Monday i had a good long talk and catch up with pheobe from uni, we went for coffee and japanese take away lunch. sat by the river and talked the hours away. Good fun!! =)
Tuesday night i headed out for chilli mussels dinner!!! and two games of pool. Bartender thought I was underage. I FEEL YOUNG AGAIN =)
Tuesdays was a GOOD NIGHT =) its a whole new beginning once again =)
Today I’ll be heading out with sarah for Japanese lunch. Today is a good day =)
Yesterday, airasia was giving out free tickets to bali. but it wiped out fast, within just a couple of hours! from $87 for a return ticket, it became $220. sad… oh well… shall find another place to travel to…
My room is freezing cold even in the day, because it’s down in the basement and that’s the coldest place in the whole block. I’m in trackpants and jacket and gloves right now, even though it’s hot on the outside in the field.
Need to start studying soon and camping in the library. Exams in 34days… im starting to freak out soon!!!!
