a good day’s itinerary
1. wake up early
2. read a good book in bed
3. get around to doing some ironing and folding of clothes
4. read the newspaper
5. check mails and usual online surfing/chatting
6. head for a jog
6.1 go to usual warm up place
6.2 allow tons of body liquid to flow out at warm up place
6.3 spend 10-15 mins at warm up place getting into the mood
6.4 jog from church to serangoon garden country club (317 route)
6.5 head to NTUC to cool down and buy something
6.6 be considerate and stay away from fresh food and customers (cos I STINK)
6.7 walk home and cool down
7. take a good long bath to freshen up
8. eat an apple while watching American Idol
9. dig into pasta and stir fryed beef for dinner
10. drink plenty of water to replensih
11. prepare breakfast for tomorrow
11.1 slice HOME MADE BREAD and sausages

11.2 put cucumbers and tomatoes on the bread

11.3 put the sausages in between and wrap it all up. remember to thank the sisters for making the sandwich for 4 of us in the family.

12. chat online with friends
13. post a good blog entry on a healthy day
14. now it’s time to sleep =) as work starts early tml…
